British Standards
As an indicator of our seriousness about quality, River Plastics is registered with BSI (British Standards Institution) to BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 for both moulding and assembly.
This standard specifies two main requirements for our QMS (Quality Management System):
- Need to demonstrate ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and regulatory requirements
- Aim to enhance customer satisfaction.

The British Standard identifies eight quality management principles that our managers use to lead us towards ever-improving performance:

Fully Integrated QMS
One of the fundamental purposes of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 is to enable the development of a QMS that is fully integrated into the normal operations of our business.
