Manufacture of Injection-Moulded Plastic Products
Our factory at Sunbury-on-Thames currently has 35,000 sq ft of manufacturing space and 10,000 sq ft of warehousing space, with a further 10,000 sq ft available for expansion.
River Plastics have 23 injection moulding machines:
- From 30 to 550 tonnes lock
- CNC robots on machines over 30 tonnes lock.
Our injection moulders are supported by:
- Automated material handling system
- Automated material colouring system
- Press dedicated hopper driers
- Digitally-controlled, off-line, portable hopper driers.
In pursuit of our objectives to manufacture defect-free products finished to the highest quality, we source the latest machinery from leading manufacturers around the world.
We practice a policy of continuous upgrading to minimise wastage, eliminate rejects and reduce energy consumption.
Dedicated Tool Room
We are equipped to make mould tools for the majority of products.
To complement our resources we work in partnership with major reputable tool makers in the UK and overseas, who we are confident can produce high quality mould tools of any size and shape.
Labelling Products
River Plastics can label your products using these processes:
- Silk screening
- Hot foil stamping
- Pad printing
- In-mould labelling, resulting in permanent high-quality decoration to photographic quality.
